Matur Piuning

This photo was taken around 5 months ago in my Sanggah Merajan (a family temple). This ritual was done to tell my ancestors that I will be far away from home to continue my study here in Jakarta. Well, that is a common ritual a Balinese Hindu does before they leave their homeland for several long time.

We did this after doing Galungan ceremony.

The woman beside me is Ibu, my mom. She is beautiful, i know B)
